If you fill in the form or message me

I get what you type: your name, firm, town, email, and your phone number and website if you add them. I use them to look at your site and reply to you, and for nothing else. I don't sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

If I emailed you first

I found your business email on your own website and your company's details on Companies House. I emailed because I think I can help your business, which the law calls a legitimate interest. Reply "no" and I won't email you again.

Who else handles your details

• Web3Forms passes the form to my inbox.
• Google Workspace holds my email.
• WhatsApp, if you message me there.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it running and secure.

How long I keep them

If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep what I need for the work and my accounts.

Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies or tracking, so there's nothing to accept.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're not happy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner (inforights.im) or, if you're in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
